Spirit or Soul and what is the difference seem to be an age old question; some would even say neither exists.
Whatever we believe, we do respond to stimuli that comes to us and is around us and our aim is to offer an environment that allows you to feel nurtured, relaxed, more in tune and the space to slow down, contemplate with ease, catch your breath, reflect and reassess…… if either spirit or soul link with our human nature, then this nurturing has to be of value.
Spirit & Soul – In some random clippings, it has also been explained as:

The body is the outer part of man, the soul is the inner part, and the spirit is the innermost part.
By the body, we relate to the material and so to the world;
By the soul, we relate to the abstract and to our own selves, and
By the spirit, we relate to the spiritual, and to God.

The soul consists of three parts: the will, the mind and the emotions. By the first we choose and make decisions; by the second we gather information and process it and by the third we feel – whether happy or sad – in response to the stimuli that come to us.

The Hebrew word ru′ach and the Greek pneu′ma, which are often translated “spirit,” have a number of meanings. All of them refer to that which is invisible to human sight and which gives evidence of force in motion. The Hebrew and Greek words are used with reference to (1) wind, (2) the active life-force in earthly creatures, (3) the impelling force that issues from a person’s figurative heart and that causes him to say and do things in a certain way, (4) inspired utterances originating with an invisible source, (5) spirit persons, and (6) God’s active force, or holy spirit.

Spirit is the highest aspect of who and what you are.
Your Soul is that part of your Spirit which has human character and which links with the human experience.
